Mmm... Mmm... Good

I just love drinking hot tea!
I really prefer the regular stuff, but all that's allowed
on this therapy we've started is organic chamomile and
organic peppermint. I've gotten pretty used to it now,
though, and I think I like chamomile the best! :)

(I have to admit that my absolute FAVORITE way to
enjoy my hot tea is by adding a bit of sugar and some milk. ;)

"Praise the
LORD
. I will extol the LORD
with all my heart in
the council of the upright and in the assembly.
Great are the
works of the LORD; they
are pondered by all who delight in them.
Glorious and majestic
are his deeds, and his righteousness
endures forever.
He has caused his wonders to be remembered;
the LORD is gracious
and compassionate.
He provides food for those who fear him;
he remembers his covenant
forever.
He has shown his people the power of
his works, giving them the lands of other
nations.
The works of his hands are faithful
and just; all his precepts are
trustworthy.
They are steadfast for ever and ever,
done in faithfulness and
uprightness.
He provided redemption for his people;
he ordained his covenant forever—
holy and awesome is his
name.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his
precepts have good understanding. To him
belongs eternal praise."
PSALM 111

I hope you had a blessed Monday!

I love tea also! However my favorite is passion fruit tea. My Monday was pretty good because it is God's wonderful Monday! It has been tough though, keeping up with my Marching through March series. (: How was yours? Did you do anything special today? Would you like prayer?

I LOVE green tea. Love it! Can't get enough of it. And I love that it's so good for me! I drink mine with honey most of the time. I hear honey's good for you too, but I just like the flavor that it gives. And I love that Psalm!

Emily Elizabeth: I know exactly what you mean... I drink my hot tea all year long! :D

-----------------------------------

Julia: I've never actually had fruit tea! It sounds like it would be good, though. I'm glad you had a nice Monday. :) Mine was nice as well, but we didn't really do anything special - just a few errands and a trip to the grocery store! And yes, I would love for you to keep our family in your prayers! :) We always have a lot going on and things can become pretty tough at times... So I definitely appreciate you asking! Thank you!

-----------------------------------

Lindsay: Thanks!! I'm glad you liked the pictures. :)

-----------------------------------

Eden: Thank you so much. :) Peppermint and chamomile are both really good!

-----------------------------------

Susan: I know... it's hard making the change from using milk in your tea to drinking it without anything! Oh, well. :) At least we can still have it, though!

-----------------------------------

Rachelle: I like green tea too! And now that I can't have milk and sugar in my tea I like to use honey. :) You're right... It has a really nice flavor! I love it!!

-----------------------------------

Abigail: Me too!! :)

Thank you all so much for commenting! I enjoyed reading what each of you had to say. :)

Hi Taylor,
Thank you so much for sharing the psalm, it really refreshed my soul. I like to drink mint tea too, I actually grow it in an herb bed in the summer and dry it for use in the winter. It is so refreshing on cold snowy days!
Blessings to you my dear sis' in Christ.

Rachel Grace: I'm glad you enjoyed the psalm. :) It's one of my favorites! ...And that's neat how you grow your own mint to use in the winter! That really does sound refreshing. :)

I really like tea! especially mint! Have you ever had homegrown mint?
Sorry that I have not been commenting lately! I do visit your blog. Some of our friends moved down to the state that you live in and by the address that you gave my sister Hannah (Hannah of marilla heights). We figured out that you live about one hour away from them. I think it would be so neat if you all met!
~Grace
Ps. have I given you my new blog address?

Hi Grace,
Thanks for your comment! No, I've never actually had mint tea before... but it sounds good! :D I'd probably like it if I tried it!

That's neat that you had some friends move down here! How funny!! ...I was wondering... What city do they live in?? (I won't publish the comment if you reply. ;)

Oh, and no, I don't think I know your new blog address. I'd love to have it, though! :)

Thanks again for commenting! It was nice hearing from you. Have a great day!

Blessings,

We grow our own mint and then dry it for the winter. It is almost too easy to grow! If you would like I could send you some of our dried mint. It makes a wonderful tea! yummy! How long do you have to be on the diet? It sounds challenging!

Hi Taylor,
I just tagged you! It's a pretty long one, so don't feel like you have to do it, but I thought I'd go on and tag you anyway. :)

What a pretty Psalm- but then, they all are:)
I painted Psalm 111:10 above our living room doorway... I like thatt verse!

ps how are you all doing on your new diet? My mom started raw yesterday- she's hoping to make it through 2 days:)

Taylor said...

Yes, all of the Psalms are wonderful! :)

We're doing pretty well on our diet. We actually just started the full therapy (with all 13 juices a day) yesterday. It's been really tiring and it will definitely take some getting used to, but all in all it's going well I think. :) Thank you so much for asking!

Have a blessed day!
